In a country as poor as Niger, where the illiteracy rate is so high, education of children especially girls is of paramount. In fact, some kids from 7 to 12 years children are not in school and this rate reaches more girls. Indeed, many parents, especially in rural areas, still do not understand why it is necessary to send a girl to school, while she can help her mother at home.

The program will start by talking to parents and working with religious and traditional leaders, communities, parents and teachers. This is followed by the building of classrooms, girls toilets and housing for females teachers.
